Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item without giving any reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition you received it. You may inspect the item as you would in a shop, but if the item shows signs of excessive use, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect any loss in value.

To start a return, please contact us at info@wagworthyaccessories.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.This does not affect your statutory rights.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or provider to process the refund.
